Objectives/purpose of the job:

• Understand requirements from Management and stakeholders.


• Demonstrate exceptional skills in project execution across PAN INDIA.


• Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making among team members.


• Possess excellent understanding and knowledge of interiors, including details, materials, and finishes.


• Proficient in classical/modern architecture drawings and related details.


• Good knowledge of structural and MEP services.


• Prepare BOQs and deliver presentations regularly.


• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.


• Understanding of interior styling on classical, neo-classical, and luxury modern.


• Familiarity with project management and timelines.

Role and Responsibilities:

INTERACTIONS

External: Communicate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Internal: Collaborate closely with departmental consultants and team members. Regular interaction with CPD and Finance departments for payment releases. Communication and collaboration with other departments as needed.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture

Relevant Experience

15 to 20 years of total experience

Required experience and qualification:

The Head Design is responsible for diligently overseeing and fulfilling various projects and requirements as assigned by the Management, both at the desk and on-site across India.

Solid management skills including deadline management task prioritization issue identification and risk management
