The Lead Program Manager – CLM will own the Project Management Office (PMO) for enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, standardization, and successful end-to-end implementation, adoption, and stabilization of the CLM platform across business units. The role requires managing multi-workstream programs, tracking milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and driving on-time delivery through structured PMO frameworks. The incumbent will liaise closely with contracts, legal, compliance, finance, technology teams, external vendors, and CXO stakeholders to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and value realization. Strong experience in large-scale implementations, stakeholder management, executive reporting, change management, and vendor coordination is essential. Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience in program management or consulting roles with hands-on exposure to end-to-end implementations, strong understanding of CLM processes, and the ability to operate at senior leadership level.
