The AGM – Accounts Receivable role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of Accounts Receivable and Trade Finance operations across multiple businesses in a shared services environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in domestic and export collections, LCs, BOEs, imports, forex, credit and debit notes, along with managing large transaction volumes and teams. This position demands the ability to ensure timely cash collections, strong process controls, audit and statutory compliance, SLA delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction, while continuously improving efficiency through automation, process re-engineering, and best practices. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading large teams, handling complex business requirements, managing scale, and acting as a senior interface between finance operations and business leadership.
