Objectives/purpose of the job:
Sound knowledge of reinsurance contracts; ability to draft reinsurance contract wordings based on prior year’s wordings.
Understanding of Reinsurance operation and accounting of Premium and Losses, Topside Premium, and Losses Adjustment.
Efficient team management and continuous coaching to achieve business goals.
Resolve team queries promptly and assist in their professional development.
Complete operations management for end-to-end processes, including Claim notice, collections, Cash applications, month-end premium and loss JEs, reconciliation, and reinsurance reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly, and periodic processing of client requirements.
Handle escalations related to operational issues.
Ensure proper documentation of workflow for all client activities.
Interact with clients daily, responding to their requirements promptly and re-aligning priorities as needed.
Understand and anticipate clients' business needs, concerns, and issues; proactively resolve them.
Create systems and checks for internal compliance policies and guidelines, ensuring clear and precise record maintenance.

Overall 9-12 years of experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience in Insurance/Reinsurance accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable: Knowledge of Life Insurance/Reinsurance domain.
Preferable experience in Oracle, Essbase, SmartView, TAI, Blackline, and Schedule S.
Manager:
Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate.
Overall 7-9 years of experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience in Insurance/Reinsurance accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable: Knowledge of Life Insurance/Reinsurance domain.
Preferable experience in Oracle, Essbase, SmartView, TAI, Blackline, and Schedule S.
