Our multidisciplinary team of designers and craftspeople continually experiments with form, texture, and narrative to produce striking results across scales and media.

Objectives/purpose of the job:

Develop strong design concepts coherent with the company’s visual language.
● Control the design process and deliverables
● Work on all phases of the design process including feasibility, concept design, design
development and execution phase
● Help develop engaging marketing and brand collaterals - including but not limited to
packaging design for the brand.
● Foster a positive work relationship with colleagues and suppliers

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, cohesive design concepts aligned with the studio’s visual identity.
  • Contribute to all stages of the design process—conceptualization, development, and execution.
  • Create engaging brand and marketing collaterals, including packaging design.
  • Design digital and print assets such as social media graphics, lookbooks, brochures, newsletters, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the quality and consistency of visual output.
  • Participate in design development for new collections by building mood boards, color palettes, and concept presentations.
  • Assist in campaign conceptualization and graphic identity design for various events and launches.

Required experience and qualification:

  • Strong background and interest in graphic design.
  • Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and storytelling through design.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality illustrations, imagery, and layouts.
  • Attention to design fundamentals such as balance, proportion, and spatial relationships.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent presentation and visual communication skills.
