•Own and lead the end-to-end process mining lifecycle using SAP Signavio across targeted functions and keep
it live and refreshed periodically
•Embed process excellence into the organisation by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and optimization
opportunities across as-is processes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, System Integrators (SIs), and internal teams to align process
models with S/4HANA best practices and configurations.
•Champion a Kaizen-style approach to continuous process improvement, facilitating workshops and follow-ups
to institutionalize improvements.
•Ensure seamless integration between BPM initiatives and the S/4HANA RISE journey, including process
harmonization, standardization, and transformation mapping.
•Establish and track process KPIs to measure impact and improvement.
•Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and steering committees in a clear and
compelling manner.
