Objectives/purpose of the job:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Administrator to oversee and manage all clinical operations within a hospital setting.
The role is responsible for driving revenue, maintaining quality patient care standards, coordinating interdepartmental activities, and ensuring compliance
with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. This position involves both administrative oversight and direct clinical contribution through outpatient services
and procedures.



The ideal candidate will be a qualified medical professional with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
This is a full-time role that combines operational excellence with patient-centric care.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all clinical departments to meet revenue and service delivery goals.
  • Prepare and monitor the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
  • Improve outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) footfall and ensure profitability across departments including pharmacy, lab, and radiology.
  • Implement systems and procedures to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor hospital income and expenditure; implement cost-control measures and value-for-money initiatives.
  • Conduct patient consultations (OPDs) and perform relevant surgeries as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, admission/discharge procedures, and high standards of medical ethics.
  • Lead or participate in key hospital committees (e.g., Infection Control, NABH Accreditation).
  • Manage staffing, training, and performance assessment for clinical and paramedical personnel.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and resolve operational or service-related issues.

Required experience and qualification:

  • MBBS and MD in any clinical discipline (preferably General Medicine or General Surgery).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of clinical and hospital administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Experience in hospital accreditation (e.g., NABH) and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in local language (e.g., Telugu) is a plus.
