KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Market Research: - Conduct comprehensive market research for upcoming opportunities, analyzing adopted business models, benchmarking practices, and formulating effective bid strategies. - Key Performance Indicators: Quality of deliverables and turnaround time. 2. Financial Modeling: - Prepare accurate financial models and compile financial analysis decks for planned transactions and upcoming opportunities. - Key Performance Indicators: Accuracy of models, numbers, and turnaround time. 3. Contract Management: - Support in the execution of documentation and manage contracts throughout the pre-bid, bid process, and post-bid stages with successful bidders. - Provide inputs for project agreements, prepare Information Memorandum, and frame draft responses to pre-bid queries. - Key Performance Indicators: Compliance with SOP requirements, accuracy in documentation, and successful bid management. 4. SOP Development: - Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure correct processes are in place for bid processes, contract management, and other key mandates. - Key Performance Indicators: Timely delivery and compliance with SOP requirements. 5. Coordination and Communication: - Support 360-degree coordination with various departments including Legal, Finance, Corporate Communication, Design ALD teams, and SPG for seamless ALD activities. - Compile decks for management reviews, AOP reviews, and MIS. - Key Performance Indicators: Number of interactions, timely circulation of decks, MIS, AOP vs. Actuals.
- Educational Qualifications: MBA + Engg/CA/BBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 College. - Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Analytical and Presentation Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and effective presentation skills. - Motivated & Self-starter: Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
