Objectives/purpose of the job:

We are in search of an adept and dynamic Lead Software Developer with a solid background and 7-10 years of proven expertise to augment our team. In this role, you will spearhead and guide our development team. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical skills in Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Java, and AWS Native services (Cognito and Gitlab). Proficiency in databases like PostGre and Aurora is advantageous. Your role will extend to team mentoring, effective stakeholder communication, and utilizing Gitlab for pipeline deployment. Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team, offering technical guidance and expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Leverage expertise in Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Java, and AWS Native services (Cognito and Gitlab) to design and implement robust software solutions.
• Drive the Agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Execute pipeline deployment using Gitlab for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications to ensure optimal performance.

Required experience and qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proven expertise in Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Java, and AWS Native services (Cognito and Gitlab).
• Experience with databases such as PostGre and Aurora is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
