Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in fashion retail (preferably luxury or premium segment)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our luxury retail team at Tarun Tahiliani’s TDPL store in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in retail operations, team supervision, customer service, and luxury fashion sales. You will assist the Store Manager in the daily functioning of the store, ensuring a seamless, personalized customer experience aligned with the brand’s ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience through strong clienteling and styling
Supervise daily store operations, team performance, and adherence to SOPs
Oversee store inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and brand alignment
Train, mentor, and motivate store team members
Maintain high standards of store hygiene, organization, and brand presentation
Generate and analyze sales and performance reports
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, VM, CRM, etc.) for smooth operations
Represent the Tarun Tahiliani brand image and values at all times
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail (assistant manager or team lead role preferred)
Strong understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of inventory handling and POS systems
Experience in Indian ethnic and couture wear will be a strong advantage
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and in rotational shifts
Working Days & Timings:
6 Days a Week
Rotational Week-offs
Store Timings: As per mall operations
