Objectives/purpose of the job:
Responsible for execution, monitoring, and supervision of all on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Coordinates among contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve construction milestones within budget and timelines. Key responsibilities include supervising daily construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, monitoring progress, managing contractors and vendors, verifying quantities and supporting billing, and identifying and mitigating risks. Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 4-6 years of relevant experience.Role and Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute on-site construction activities, ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules; coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams; conduct quality inspections; monitor progress and prepare reports; manage contractor and vendor performance; ensure safety compliance; verify quantities and support billing; identify and mitigate risks.
Required experience and qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory); certifications in Construction Management or Safety Management are an advantage
