Objectives/purpose of the job:
Support the BCM Airports Office on day-to-day legal issues, prepare notes and updates on critical legal matters, keep the BCM updated on important Supreme Court judgments and amendments, support the Group General Counsel in critical airport and sector matters, handle all litigations including high stake cases, manage property litigation, draft and finalize contracts, provide regular legal support, interact with external counsels and internal teams, and ensure risk mitigating legal structuring.Role and Responsibilities:
Handle all litigations including high stake cases before various courts and tribunals; manage property litigation and advise on property transactions; draft, vet, negotiate and finalize contracts related to airport functions and joint ventures; support Group General Counsel in court hearings and conferences; provide regular legal support to the department; interact with external counsels, law firms, and internal business teams; ensure risk mitigating legal structuring and process-oriented work.
Required experience and qualification:
LL.B from National Law School, Faculty of Law or top tier college
