Objectives/purpose of the job:
The AGM – FMS (Administration) is responsible for the seamless management, security, and maintenance of the Chairman’s residence. The role oversees estate upkeep, hospitality, security, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring top-tier service standards for the Chairman, family, and VIP guests. Responsibilities include estate and infrastructure management, housekeeping, hospitality, security, vendor and staff management, guest management, budgeting, travel management, regulatory compliance, and crisis management. The role requires extensive experience in facilities management, administration, and logistics, with a focus on discretion, efficiency, and excellence.Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee management, security, and maintenance of the Chairman’s residence; supervise estate upkeep, hospitality, security, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance; ensure high service standards for Chairman, family, and VIP guests; manage staff and vendors; ensure regulatory compliance, crisis management, and cost optimization.
Required experience and qualification:
Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Management; MBA preferred
